SharePoint Sponsorship Program in Houston
Is your company interested in participating with H-SPUG as a sponsor? For
2013, we have implemented a tiered
sponsorship program fully outlined in this document. We have the following
options available:
Platinum: Platinum sponsors are our group of sponsors the
commit to sponsoring three events for the calendar year, year end event and
SharePoint Saturday Houston Gold tier. This sponsorship is prepaid and allows
the sponsor flexibility to sponsor three events throughout the year. H-SPUG
officers will coordinate with our sponsors on scheduling their sponsorship.
These sponsors are also recognized on our website as our Platinum Sponsors. We
limit this to three (3) sponsors per calendar year.
Gold: Our Gold event sponsors will be able to sponsor two
events for the year. H-SPUG officers will coordinate with our sponsors on
scheduling their sponsorship. We limit this to four (4) sponsors per calendar
year.
Silver: Our single event sponsors will be able to sponsor
one event for the year. H-SPUG officers will coordinate with our sponsors on
scheduling their sponsorship. We limit this to four (4) sponsors per calendar
year.
Website: We offer the option of your company providing us
with a one-time donation.
Door Prize: If you are unable to participate, we also offer
the option of your company providing us with a door prize. H-SPUG officers will
work with you on these details.
Books: All books and eBooks that are donated to HSPUG are
given away at each event as participation incentives.
In order for us to be fair for all sponsors, we will update the sponsor
page to reflect sponsors that participate in any of the following: Sponsor
tiers, Door Prize, Year end event and/or SharePoint Saturday Houston. If you
find that your company is no longer listed, we encourage you to actively
participate as a sponsor.
