H-SPUG Social Events

The goal for the H-SPUG Social Events (SharePints for those of you that have been around SharePoint for a while) are to allow members to engage with other members in their area of the Houston metropolitan area. This will provide an alternative arena for you to network with other members while you gain skills and knowledge, while learning more about SharePoint.

The following areas have been identified:

• Houston North/The Woodlands/Spring
• Houston South/Clear Lake - in planning stages
• Houston West/Katy - in planning stages
• Houston North west/Cypress - see calendar for schedule
  
• Houston North east/Kingwood
• Houston South west/Sugar Land - in planning stages
• Houston inside Loop 610 - in planning stages

If your area isn't mentioned, please let us know if you would like to coordinate or update a monthly meet up.

Goals and Rules: In order to properly set expectations, these socials will be your responsibility for expenses. These social meetings are to allow members in the same area to meet, talk about SharePoint (or other topics of interest) and get to know people in your area that can provide community support. This way you can participate within the Houston SharePoint community in the event you cannot attend our monthly meetings.

Events will be announced to our members via e-mails and on our Facebook group page (a members only group). If you are not a member, please click the Become a Member link and join the Facebook group.
